While the word for the male anatomy in English is penis, obviously other languages may have different words for this appendage. After all, it doesn't matter what language you speak... you're going to find someone somewhere that speaks that language that has a penis. Just be sure you're familiar with the language a little bit when you're traveling, because if you're in Ireland and you happen to tell a guy that he has a nice bod... well...
